All standard orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1-2 business days. Handcrafted or custom-fitted items may require an additional 3-5 days of preparation.
We offer premium express delivery across India. Most metro city orders arrive within 2-3 business days. Regional areas may take up to 4-6 business days.
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders above ₹ 999.00.
Once your premium apparel is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a live tracking link. You can also track the status directly from your Account Portal.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the fit or fabric, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with all tags attached.
Need a different size? Request an exchange via your Orders page. Our courier partner will collect the original item and deliver the replacement simultaneously whenever possible.
Once your return is inspected and approved at our facility, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
